What initially attracted me to Naked was their low car insurance premiums, but I unfortunately had to claim for my car which was written off in an accident. For me it was a 10 calader day process to finalise my claim mainly waiting on JMPD for a case number and the bank for settlement letter, so this definitely could've been a quicker process on my part. All in all, I'm very happy with the service I received. It was a simple process all done through the app and email. Thanks to Leolin from Naked as well for all of their help.
