Naked insurance had impressed me so much! From signing up, to making claims, naked is hands down the best insurance.

Their top qualities: 1. When signing up, you don't have to talk to anyone at all! Simply follow all the steps on the AI run app and you're done! 2. When making a claim, you can get emergency assist straight from the app and they will assist with everything very quickly. 3. Their claim agents are wonderful! Checking up on us after a car accident multiple times was something we didn't expect from an insurer. 4. The claims agent Anna Munyaradzi that assisted with the claim of our car, was absolutely wonderful! She kept us informed every step of the way and explained everything very well. When I was unsure about things, she happily talked me through it and cleared things up very quickly. 5. As our car was written off after deligent assessments were done, we submitted the necessary documents and received the payout within 3 days. No mess, no fuss!
