We are not robots
Why do I need to apply online on an app. Why this non human interaction. Each individual is unique don't treat us like robots.

BY THE WAY..HUMAN TO HUMAN INTERACTION ALLOWS YOU TO GIVE CORRECT FACTS AND EXPLAIN YOUR RISKS AND NEEDS MUCH BETTER THAN A ROBOT APP.YOU LOST AN OPPORTUNITY!
