Waist of money (****)

I received the phone as a gift which was bought from AliExpress I insured the phone with Naked Insurance they asked me for the invoice and I told them I don’t have the invoice and they asked me for the box while I was ensuring the phone I did shoot the pictures of the box give them all the imei numbers i’ve been paying all my premiums without any problem the phone was ****** last week now I followed the procedure of blacklisted the phone with my service provider I went to the police station open the case and give the case number I submitted all those things and now they’re asking me for the invoice of the Phone of which I told them the day I bought the insurance. This is just a **** people stop insuring gadgets with this insurance
