Very quick and easy to engage.

It was the first time I had to chat to a actual person, mostly I can do everything via the app.

I clicked the call button in the app, had one selection to make before I had a person on the other end of the line. This whole process probably took around 1 minute. I have never experienced this quick a connection with any other insurance company. I explained what i required to the operator, she advised she will send me an email with the info I required. The whole call was probably 3 minutes, and 15 minutes later I had what I required.
