Very happy with the professionalism, kindness and quite communication

I recently had my first car accident and had to claim for the first time so was a little overwhelmed by the thought of it but the team at Naked and specifically Nombulelo, my claims handler, helped make this process a whole lot easier.

Their communication was very good and timely and really took a lot on the anxiety off my shoulders. The app and email process works really well too and my claim was processed, accepted and sorted all in 1 working week! I would definitely say the the team made the not-so-nice experience of being in an accident a lot less stressful :)
