Very happy with Naked! The customer service is extremely efficient. I received feedback within an hour when communicating via text and was quickly assigned to an agent who handled the issue with urgency. I was truly impressed by the experience—even after being involved in an accident, they assistance with transportation to my home and arranged for my vehicle to be towed. Communication was clear and consistent, both telephonically and via email, ensuring that nothing was missed.
