Very bad service on claim

I had a car accident on the 10 May 2023. It took you guys 2 weeks to get an assessment done , with no feed back. Then when they eventually got a body repair shop assigned, the shop informed me that it will take 3 weeks just to get a booking...omg.....so ill be without a car for almost 2 months...what a joke Naked is...please don't chose them as a insurance company for your vehicle....I advise anyone to pay extra with outsource or any other company that is reputable
