VERY BAD FIRST CLAIMS EXPERIENCE!!!!

VERY BAD FIRST CLAIMS EXPERIENCE!!! I have been paying premiums for 2.5 years uninterrupted for comprehensive cover on my vehicle. Recently had an incident where a Rim and tyre was damaged only due to hitting a curb. Claim was approved for vehicle to be repaired. However, I did query with the repair center of what exactly had been approved and they confirmed that Naked insurance had only approved a wheel alignment and a diagnostics check. THAT'S ALL!! ! Dropped my vehcile off at the repair center on Monday and they advised that they will check vehcile and generate a QUOTE to send to Naked. Today I get a call from the repair center advising that I need to fetch my vehicle as the assessor from Naked insurance "Mark" had come by and advised that they will not be repairing my vehicle with no explanation to me. They also advised that Mark will be calling me within an hour, 10 hours later and he still hasn't called. SHOCKING!!!! I'm starting to wonder if he really exists. I have still not received any feedback from naked insurance regarding my vehicle. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Confirming exactly what the repair center has initially advised, it seem that the intention has always been to do a wheel alignment and a diagnostics check, which my vehcile did not require and of which they now require me to pay the excess for. I have never missed a premium for over 2.5 years with Naked, but when it comes time to claim for such a minor incident, it seems like they are looking for excuses not to pay. Its concerning to imagine having a major incident with my vehcile considering the Hassel and lack of customer service I'm experiencing now. I have obtained a damage report from the repair center which clearly indicates that the rim on the vehcile had been damaged due to the incident. I'm still in disbelief that they have determined that they will not repair my vechile when there is a damage report available. NAKED INSURANCE, YOU HAVE BEEN QUICK IN TAKING INSURANCE PREMIUMS EVERY MONTH, I HOPE YOU SHOW THE SAME QUICKNESS IN RESOLVING THIS MATTER!!!!!
