Very annoyed!
*********** operators/assessors, very bad service, poor feedback, very poor understanding of their job. I will strongly advise anyone to move over to another insurance company if you are insured with Naked!

16 Apr 2026, 09:39Naked insurance attemted to remidy their *****-up, but I have spoken to the relevant panelbeater this morning, and according to them, the assessors from Naked tried to rectify the work orders, but not in the correct wahy. Lons story short, my bakkie cannot be repaird satisfactorily at this stage, EVEN THOU I HAVE PAID THE EXCESS AMOUNT IN FULL! This bordering on ***** now!! I have paid for work not done!!!
