Vehicle accident claim

Excellent process via the app. Everything went smoothly and the car was fixed. The only reason they not getting 5star rating is that there can always be improvements. From the first time I claimed to the car being fixed took some time but this was due to the panel beater not having availability. Last time I claimed with them was for my home contents and I was not happy as they gave a voucher instead of the cash value. But I would still recommend Naked they are the BEST insurance provider!
