Validation process is very long unnecessarily.

My phone was lost on the 23rd of May 2023 and my claim is still being validated. I have submitted every document the validator ( Francien Strauss) requested from me but still nothing. I was told the validation process takes approximately 10 days but it’s been a month now and I still have to wait 30 more days. Worst experience ever.
