Useless insurance.

On 1 Oct I received a refund for R376.67 for a car that I removed from my insurance. However a debit also for R376.67 was done against my account by Naked. This debit is uncleared however its reserving R376,67 of my funds in my account that I cant use. Talking to your call centre has been a useless waste of time and also sending mails to your ***re has resulted in you only telling me that you dont see the debit on your side so you don't care.

I have sent several views of this debit against my account and I do not believe that you are not able to see this debit you made.

Is there someone competent in management that can contact me to resolve this ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
