Unyielding Insurance Policy

As a longstanding customer of Naked for over four years, I recently attempted to insure a new item, only to face a disappointing roadblock. Despite my loyalty, I was met with refusal due to their perception of me as 'too high risk' following a single claim. While I understand insurance premiums fluctuating based on risk, their rigid stance is nothing short of exasperating. It's disheartening to experience such a counterproductive approach that fails to acknowledge client history and loyalty.
