Unsure about big claims with Naked Insure

I like Naked Insure but, I still haven't seen anyone's review of a ****** car or Accident claim. All I see on reviews is small things like phones, Windshield replacements and so on. Can people be more specific and mention what they claimed for, I still have my doubt about big claims when it come to Naked. I am not trying to bad mouth Naked Insure, I just wanna be sure they are equally as good as they are in claims as in getting people to join.
