Unsatisfactory Client

I had an insurance with Naked Insurance that I took for my Iphone 13 on the 24 Jan 2024 and on the 13th of April i had an incident where my phone got damaged and when i try to make a claim it was rejected on the basis of when i took the insurance it was older than 6 months of which i was never made aware of that and they also saying that i had initially took out a quote saying the phone is older than 6 months and when it rejected.. i said it is less than 6 months.

If that was the case i would not have continued with the insurance otherwise now i was under the impression that my phone is covered and everything is okay and also i would not have willingly provided the invoice and everything if i knew that my phone was not covered. Of which that clause of their is not even part of the policy document, nowhere does it state that if your phone is older than 6 months it will not be covered .
