Unreliable insurance with payout

I never had such a bad treatment with an insurance like i did with Naked insurance underwriitten by hollard. They have taken me pillar to post and made as if my bank is the problem, i sent and did all they asked and they needed and the timeline for paying me is overdue and now day 9 and i will post everyday about this unreliable, they called me to remove my reviews on Hellopeter and twitter saying its all sorted its a pity i cannot show prove here no attachments, i am currently just carrying on with life with the hope they will but the same way i suffered i will make it a point to publish everyday until im heard
