Firstly, my review is so positive that you might think I am sponsored by Naked, but I swear I am not. Secondly, I reserve 5 star reviews only for businesses that's have exceeded my expectations, and Naked has done just that.

It was such a relief to not have to spend an hour on the phone with a call centre agent, explaining all my personal details, spelling out every letter, only for them to get it wrong anyway. Naked let's you do all that in the app.

It was such a relief to not have to raise enquiries or concerns via email, only to wait days for a response and being confused about something as simple as a policy number. Naked answered my most recent enquiry within two hours.

It was such a joy to have an app that actually works (unlike my previous insurer) and to be able to see everything at a glance and even pause my cover on days I work from home.
