I would like to log a complaint.

The panel beaters has not yet contacted me, as well as Naked Insurance! How long can feedback take, the panel beaters also can’t give me any information except that they also are awaiting for go-ahead from Naked Insurance?

I contacted Executive Auto yesterday morning. My vehicle has not been delivered @ the panel beaters yet? My vehicle is still in Bloemfontein & I can confirm that with Tracker.

I can't seem to get any feedback regarding what the holdup is? I received a confirmation that the claim was approved last week. Not sure why it takes 3 weeks for an accessor? Also why my vehicle needs to be towed to Bloemfontein from Welkom for a accessor?? This is also extra costs as towing services are expensive. Most other insurance sends a accessor to Welkom.

I have contacted naked insurance but I can’t get hold of anyone to assist me regarding this matter! Telephone numbers just rings or informs you that a consultant will be with you shortly? Still no answer.

Also on your mobile app consultants only informs you they will revert back to you with information, this is the same comment every time?

This is becoming a big issue as to I have been sitting without a vehicle for over 4 weeks going on 5.

I would like someone to contact me directly as soon as possible.

This is unacceptable.
