Unhappy with endless requests.

I am deeply disappointed by Naked insurance. I submited a claim C*** after going through a traumatic experience. I have obliged with their request and send everything need for the claim. I am being send from pilar to post and I am very annoyed right now. I was told that the claim process was efficent with Naked but my experience is not so good. Just decide if you want to reject the claim or not so that I can seek another insurance company.
