Unfair settlement

I was involved in a accident in April 2023, Naked settled my car within 8 weeks however the third party claim was only finalized now in December and Naked is only willing to pay a portion of the outstanding amount which makes no sense because I have a R5 million third party cover. Can someone please look at my claim and provide a solid reason for the above. How can an insurance company say that they will pay up to R5 mil for a third party claim but cannot pay R120 000 to settle the outstanding debt?
