What an amazing company to deal with. From the quote process to customer service, everything has been easy and effortless. I am in the process of purchasing a new car and what a pleasure not to be harassed and hounded by a million phone calls with everyone trying to get the sale. Naked does everything online including finalising the cover without speaking to anyone or getting tons of phone calls.

The app is amazing and super user-friendly. Hats off to their UX designer, and whoever leads their digital transformation efforts as it's excellent.

I needed to get something sorted on my policy confirmation and within minutes, Mila assisted me and everything was done. No waiting on the phone for ages only to be forwarded to someone else over and over again. Everything is done on the app and their staff are professional, introduce themselves properly and clearly are well trained to deal with customers.
