Unable to update personal details

I recently notified Naked that I would like to update my personal details to ensure my information remains accurate.

After nearly a week with no feedback, I was told in order to do this Naked would need to perform a credit check under my name.

This makes no sense as I am able to take out cover without a credit check, and have no credit with Naked whatsoever.

As a customer who has been paying their premiums for over 5 years without a claim, I will be forced to cancel my policy instead of a credit check.
