Udesh Pather gave me excellent service...

I had an accident on 2 Sept and put a claim through. Udesh Pather was assigned to my case and he has been an absolute gem. The process took long and it was frustrating due to the damages on my car which saw my car being written off eventually but what I absolutely loved is that Udesh was available anytime. He was so empathetic, so kind, so patient and so reassuring. It made the frustration a whole lot better for me. He followed through on everything and never made any empty promises. I absolutely appreciated him and I have finally been paid out and fetching my new car tomorrow. I am also grateful that I got to meet him in person as well. Thank u so much Udesh.
