****tiest insurance, RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!!
They are alway the 1st to debit my account out of all my debit orders, but when its time to pay for claims they look for all ways possible not to pay, if you have anything valuable to you, I suggest you start looking for another insurance,they only want to pay for things worth around 5k,i insured my dj equipment worth R30000 and they declined my claim and they took forever to get back to me bt they were still debiting my account , imagine failing to pay for a lousy R30k, what will happen when you have to claim for your car? I suggest you start looking for better insurance companies while you still can or just know you are just donating to naked, ****tiest insurance company I've come across 🤞🤞

We voided your cover as we weren't able to connect you to the item that you insured with us, nor were you able to provide us with the requested documents that would verify the incident and the incident location and confirm sufficient proof of ownership. As such we are refunding every premium that you've paid to us since you first purchased cover.
