THUMBS DOWN, VERY POOR COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE.

THE SHORT VERSION: My claim from 6 March is still not concluded. What's worse is that no body ever gets back to me, I send countless messages and they fall on deaf ears. I went from being your no1 fan and even recommending you to my friends to your no.1 most dis-satisfied client. 🫤12 requests still unanswered. 🫤Took Over a month to get parts 🫤Took another 2 weeks and numerous messages to arrange towing 🫤3 weeks after towing, still waiting to find out when my vehicle will be fixed, knowing full well that the repair Centre has parts. 👎 Its a thumbs down from me.

THE EXTENDED VERSION, taken form the email I sent this evening: Hi there Naked. I am still waiting for an answer as to A COLLECTION DATE FOR MY VEHICLE, CLAIM LAUNCHED 06 MARCH! Your service is seriously floored at the moment. I was so excited to find an all-online insurance company with no pesky sales reps and quick efficient service but it seems I have been duped. : ( not currently your number-1 fan. I have sent 6 requests since 10 May (yes over the last twelve days) and other then receiving your auto-reply, no actual response received. Sometimes your responses are duplicated and sometimes even triplicated!! So not only are you spamming me with auto responses, you are not actually even dealing with the problem. And that is not the worst of it. I put in a claim on 06 March. I was made aware by the garage that they had received the repair parts on 25 April but that they did not do a towing service. On 03 May (Two weeks later) and taking no less then 6 message requests to find out WHEN MY CAR WAS GOING TO BE TOWED I logged an official COMPLAINT to which someone very thoughtful from NakEd responded and a tow truck driver showed up. I mailed Naked to confirm that the car had been uplifted. I notified naked that my car had been uplifted (mail attached) and received the auto-response to say that “the request (721615) has been updated.” And then a mail from Thami (attached) thanking me for the confirmation. From there, my claim clearly fell off the table again because on 9 May, I got a mail from Naked asking me if the car was still on site !? *****, really. I was quite confused. I noticed that the mail was addressed to Dent Magic, not me. I re-iterated that the car had been uplifted on 03 May – the week before. On 10 May, I requested to find out when the car repair would be complete. 2 weeks later, as it stands, I still have no answer from Naked insurance. Poor service from the moment I put my claim in on 6 March, With a day of damage control in-between. I AM COMING TO COLLECT THE CAR END OF DAY TOMORROW FROM DENT MAGIC. Kindly confirm receipt of this and advise if there are any collection instructions I can anticipate. Please turn your service around. This is so uncalled for. Thank you. - I then attached all the relevant emails and CC'd ***re ; ***re ; *** and *** .

In response to this email, instead of getting their fobbed-off standard auto-response, I received a disclaimer to say that my email had not been delivered, due to their message content and attachment guidelines.

WOW. THUMBS DOWN.
