Working with Naked has been the easiest and most pleasant process. The staff are always kind and respond timely. I had a problem with my insured phone a couple of times and each time they were competent and understanding. Furthermore, their insurance packages are reasonably prices with no weird strings attached -- literally a naked and transparent insurance. There probably is no better insurance company. I want to ensure everything I own with them!
