This is my second claim with Naked, the first was 3 years ago for a car accident and now it's for something minor- an Apple Watch. Both experiences have been very good. This time around Katelyn was handling my claim and they were sending constant updates- they even managed to get me my watch strap back since the watch was irreparable . The claim process was smooth, and I'm am awaiting my replacement device. 10/10 the best insurance in SA
