Honestly, all the talks about Naked Insurance being the best are in fact quite true. Last weekend, my phone was ****** and I submitted my claim on the app. The very same day, I got a response from Daniel Pabu indicating which documents I should submit. I did. I then got assigned Duncan, who was very courteous and understanding of my predicament. The exchanges were amazing and quick. My claim was approved on Wednesday and premiums were paid back.
