Third party claim

Extremely dissapointed.

I did a third party claim post an accident I had with a another vehicle. The third party has unfortunately been extremely aggressive, and keeps telling me that Naked has not been in contact with him or fixed his vehicle, I have since followed up COUNTLESS times with Naked on this issue with no update. Dear Naked PLEASE can you sort out my third party claim, PLEASE keep me informed/ updated, this third party has my physical address and continues to harass and threaten me. Also the third party does not speak English he speaks Zulu, the relevant Zulu speaking person should sort him out, Please tell him to stop calling me as he must liase with you!

I was told that the third part team would be in contact me, 3 weeks after being told this still nothing!!
