They Really Do Take Care of Their Customers

This post may sound like I’m applauding a fish for swimming (applauding them for doing their job) but it’s SA, we know insurances say they’ll do something then find an excuse not to do it. But these guys really do take care of their customers. My tyre exploded on the freeway this morning, and messed up my bumper while at it. I parked on the side of the road and called Naked Insurance. They sent a tow truck to come take my car and because the driver was stuck in traffic, and would take a little longer than expected to arrive, they sent someone who was closer to come wait with me as it’s not safe for a lady during these times. Truly impressed with their service thus far. Will post more as I go on. Don’t really have all the info yet but I don’t doubt that everything will go smoothly.
