They promise you to get up to R1000 when you refer a friend but ask you Tons of questions making you not eligible to get that cash
They promise you to get up to R1000 when you refer a friend but ask you Tons of questions making you not eligible to get that cash. I have them all the info they required regarding the person I referred to them but they do not want to pay the referral amount promised

Unfortunately, a verbal referral does not qualify for the payout benefit.

For a referral bonus to be credited to your policy someone needs to use your referral link to do their quote. Once the referred buys cover the referral code of the referrer is added to the referred's policy and the referrer is notified of the payout once the payout becomes due.
Unfortunately, we can not accept a verbal referral as there is no way to track this and will allow people to take advantage of the benefit where it is not due.
