They concluded my second claim with them today and they are the epitome of efficiency. Any delays I experienced were literally due to my own doing. This claim took them 7 days to resolve. The claims handler, Regomoditswe M was remarkably responsive and thorough. The only reason they don’t get a 5 star is because their claims card and vouchers are really limited. I mean, one can only use them at select vendors and these are mostly accessible online, but the vouchers and claims card are both not redeemable on online purchases.
