These guys have been amazing!

I went hiking at the Silvermine Nature Reserve almost 3 weeks ago, and lost my car to the fires that ravaged the entirety of that area. I filled out everything I needed to do via the app, an hour after getting back from the ordeal. It took minutes to do, and I was informed (via the app) that I needed to open a case number at the nearest Police station to where the incident had occured. This alone saved me a trip back to the area. They then got back to me promptly the next business day, and after that the process was incredibly quick and simple.

They have since accepted my claim, with the payout due sometime within the next few days. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with any company in South Africa. I could not recommend them enough, thank you Naked Insurance, dealing with you has been a pleasure.
