the worst insurance company!!!!
The worst insurance company in South Africa by far!! They refused to assist us with our claim for third party insurance. They wanted us to contact the owner (who had already threatened us with police action) and get a whole list of documents that we would definitely be unable to get so that they could ;**** process the claim. We were also told that instead of paying the owner of the damaged property we should rather have opted to spend the night in a police holding cell than settle the financial matter with the owner. DONT USE THIS **** COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT! THEY ARE GOOD AT TAKING YOUR MONEY BUT WHEN IT COMES TIME TO CLAIM THEY WILL FIND A MILLION EXCUSES AND POINT TO FTHE FINEST OF FINE PRINT SO THAT THEY CAN GET OUT OF PAYING CLAIMS!!

31 Dec 2024, 15:06Let me interpret this for the average person reading these reviews and deciding which insurer to choose: Naked Insurance *****ed the customer over because it didn't want to pay out a tiny bit of money to replace a ceramic pot. They have informed us privately that they need documents from us that we have no way of obtaining as they are documents that belong to the other party who is a rude, horrible person with no sense of empathy or compassion. They also informed us that they won't help us because we made the fatal mistake of paying the owner the money (this is after he said he would report us to the police station and get us arrested if we don't pay him immediately).
