The whole process has been quick and stressless
The whole process has been quick and stressless. My vehicle got written off in an accident. Neo Kobe was my claims handling officer and he was very responsive and quick to answer my emails. He gave me continued updates on the progress of my claim. He also explained the process which I appreciated a lot. Hats off to the team at Naked, you guys rock!
