The simplest, friendliest, cheapest and most efficient insurer on the market!

I have been with Naked for probably just over 3 1/2 years and they have been great in every aspect. Their prices are extremely good and I have yet to see another insurance company that could beat them in this regard. Further to that, their customer service has always been top notch. I don't just mean when they want something from you, they are great with customer service when you need something from them, like a claim. My wife and I have had 2 claims with them, one from a 3rd party damaging our car and the other from us. Both were handled brilliantly! The 3rd party claim was settled in a very short time by Naked and we received our excess back in no time. My favourite feature, however, is the app. It really takes out so much hassle, especially my worst thing, having to deal with a call centre and explain things. So Naked, you get a big thumbs up from me and a massive recommendation to anyone!
