One of the first questions in the quote is if you use your car to carry loads or people, once they have gathered all your information, only then do they tell you that they don't cover vehicles that are commercial. Firstly my car is not commercial and only on occasions do i carry some items for my company. Secondly why make me enter all my personal information when you have already made the decision not to cover me. This is the reason i don't trust insurance companies and it seems like this new one is also up to the same tricks. The thing I would do to have just one honest insurance company.
