The one thing I appreciate about Naked insurance is that getting covered is the easy part. The moment you have to put in a claim, the process is long and unsatisfactory. I put in a claim a few weeks ago for a ****** phone and all was well and I it was communicated that I would get a claims card to replace my phone. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t received the claims card after being told it would take 2-5 days to deliver. I urge people to exercise some caution when choosing Naked Insurance.
