The naked truth

I lost my phone I had insured with them, I submitted a claim and it was processed and paid out. Now that I bought a new phone and need cover, they’re refusing to cover it… this company is is a ****, one claim and they refuse future cover… might as well cancel my car and buildings insurance, because you don’t know what will happen when it’s time to claim.
