The Naked Team was very professional and swift with helping me when I needed to put in a claim. The staff member, Lisa-Marie did her best to get back to me as soon as possible, despite it being the holiday period (December). Even until the end of the claim, she was also still helpful and super friendly. However, I did not have a good experience with one of the service providers. I think it’s important that Naked work on accredited Apple resellers, as being given a service provider that sources Apple products from Amazon makes no sense to me. Especially since the service provider they used wasn’t any cheaper either (since comparative quotes would’ve been used in sourcing service providers). Otherwise, Lisa-Marie, 10/10 service, one service provider 10/10 (Cellucity) and Esaaks Sound (2/10).
