The Naked team was helpful

The Naked team was very helpful. My phone was ****** about 2 to 3 weeks after being purchased and insured and I logged in my claim. A few days later I given a claims handler- Rego. She explained everything she needed from me clearly. After providing the needed documents I was provided with a validator- Ms Mila- who handled me with patience and did by all means accommodated me through everything. I logged in my claim on 03/06/2025 and got my brand-new phone today 20/06/2025. I would honestly give the insurance 5 stars, but I felt like that it took too long, and I was asked to provide a lot of documents. Other than that, I am happy with service that were provided to me.
