The most painless experience I've ever had with a claim

I could sign up and lodge a claim on the app using a video and pics. No taking the car to an assessor and spending ages on the phone while a call centre agent waffled pages of terms and conditions. The claim process was fast, painless and the panel beater chosen by the assessor were great. This is the future of insurance!
