The entire process was very smooth. Jennika Naicker, who assisted me, was extremely helpful and addressed all my questions. I never felt alone at any point—her support made a big difference. The only downside was the experience on the day of the accident. It was quite frustrating having to deal with third-party agents for the 24-hour car hire. I truly wish Naked could remain the sole point of contact throughout, as the third parties lacked the same level of empathy and care.
