The consultants were wonderful
The consultants were wonderful. They took me along the journey with no challenges. I will say the app needs revision because you can’t get past the step where you take a video of yourself explaining the damages so you’re stuck. I had to email customer support directly to help me continue the claims process. But after that it’s been pretty seemleas.
