The claims process was clear and simple

The claims process was clear and simple. The overall concept of putting control in the user's hands is something I appreciate. My recent claim went off without a hitch, though it would have been nice if a bit more of the claim had been paid. Not complaining, as it does turn out I followed incorrect claim procedure for my windscreen.
