The claim process was very quick and efficient. Literally everything was sorted in less than a week including the payout. I loved the flexibility of using my own service provider to repair my phone since the nominated service provider was going to take longer to fix it. Payout was made within 24 hours of submitting the damage report. A big well done to the Naked rep Lisa-Marie for constant communication from start to the end.
