The claim process and service from Naked was fantastic

The claim process and service from Naked was fantastic. Quick, hassle free, no issues. The problem came from their service provider, The Glass Group. Firstly they sent my order to their branch in Polokwane, after I told them I was in KZN. I had to keep following up and doing their job in tracking my window, arranging and planning how and when to do the installation etc. When their installers finally got to me, they were fantastic. Jabu, the installer, should be given all the credit for my positive experience, definitely not the office guys.
