The Bots are in Control and Unhelpful
My car was involved in an accident 12 Days ago. Naked yet to resolve the matter (read - YET TO BE TRANSPARENT) regarding my vehicle and how they arrived at writing-off a car that has a damaged bumper.
I've dealt with x5 different employees (x2 I can confirm are real humans as they spoke to me), however NONE have been honest about how it was arrived at costing a bumper, bonnet and light of a Chevrolet Cruze at R62k. I've requested the assessors report (mind you, no assessor has come yet to view the car at my home) on x5 occasions, and DOLOLO.

We have requested the assessor to get back to you. Once the assessor has assessed the car then it usually takes between 2 - 5 working days to get the final report, as this includes: sourcing the parts, labour, panel beater in your area, etc."
The car was "written off" and within 10 minutes I got a call from the "uplifment department" who wanted to come collect the vehicle. I suspect we have a cartel here. People write cars off, then sell off to their connections and make a massive profit on a good car that has low mileage like min.
It would be great to get a formal response from Hollard/Naked on this matter here on this thread. Reference is 91421 - I dealt with Damian Colman, Pieter de Waal, Tumi Malematsha, Linda Hannigan, and some other fast paced speaking assessor who claims to have done the assessment.
