On the same day, they arranged private security to watch over our home — we couldn’t stay there because our gate was broken and we had no security system in place.

They covered 4 nights of armed response, which was a huge help in a very difficult moment. Throughout the whole process, they were supportive, always in touch, and gave us the time and guidance we needed to complete all the paperwork. In the end, we were compensated for nearly all of the items we claimed.
